About Us
ILCA is an Ethiopian Local CSO
ILCA was originally registered as a local NGO with the Federal Ministry of Justice with the registration No 3630 on June 26/2008. With the enforcement of Proclamation No 621/2009, it was re-registered as an Ethiopian residents’ charity with the registration No 0314 on 02 November 2009. Up on ousting of Proclamation No 621/2009, the organization has been registered again as an Ethiopian CSO, and licensed to accomplish its mission with the same registry number of 0314 on 20 August 2019 under the new Proclamation No 1113/2019.
